  • Debunking success and failure

Having a clear understanding of what success and failure mean to us is crucial for our well-being and how we show up in the world. It not only eases unnecessary suffering but also greatly supports our creative potential. Success and failure are subjective I would begin by saying that success and failure are subjective experiences for each person. Based on one’s perspective on life, every individual has the sovereignty to define what success and failure mean to them. For example, if you ask a materially oriented person about success, they would probably say it means having material comfort, security, or fame. On the other hand, if you ask a spiritually inclined person, they might say success is about being peaceful, happy, and content. In the first case, the material person associates success with something external—material possessions, for instance—while in the second, the spiritual person relates it to an internal state—a feeling. And perhaps you’d find some people who see success as a balance between both: having inner peace along with sufficient material comfort. The bigger picture Let’s look at this from a larger perspective. The soul—the flower of life—is yearning to succeed in every moment, to express and unfold itself. That is its very nature. This dynamic is reflected throughout the universe, from the macrocosm of galaxies and the planet to the microcosm of a sentient being. It could be the planet in an ascension process or an individual soul moving towards authenticity and enlightenment. When the flower of life expresses itself fully, it naturally brings alignment within and around us. This alignment manifests as life situations that reflect our current state of being—the right place, friendships, partnerships, work, and material conditions. But what does “right” really mean? Rightness is not just what feels good. It is what best mirrors our present level of consciousness. Hence, it could also appear as a challenging situation designed to help us evolve and grow. I remember spending a couple of years in quite a judgmental environment where my unique vibration wasn’t fully accepted. I was expected to conform and be a certain way. It was incredibly challenging to remain authentic in that space, but those very challenges helped me discover sovereignty and self-compassion. It’s easy and understandable to associate success with external conditions. Yet the paradox is that the moment we do so and start chasing them, we disconnect from the natural flow of life—from our inner flower. This might look like someone who has material comfort and fame but is deeply unhappy, or someone chasing spiritual highs while neglecting their humanity, vulnerability, and creative potential. Living Success Moment by Moment We can choose to be successful in every moment. True success is to honor the truth of the moment and learn from it. Even—and especially—when life feels difficult, if we muster the courage to face our experience honestly, we begin to dissolve the attachments that keep us bound to it. In doing so, we naturally create a more aligned and fulfilling reality for ourselves. So how can we apply this understanding in daily life? Take any challenging situation and observe what it brings up within you. Perhaps it stirs a negative emotion—anger, fear, or shame. Explore what it is teaching you and what it invites you to release. Notice what new qualities are emerging through the challenge—perhaps surrender, humility, or self-acceptance. Or maybe focus, willpower, and commitment. Then, allow your actions to arise from this new state of being. Bring this renewed expression into the world. Write in the comment section—what do success and failure mean to you? I would love to hear from you. Vimal 💚🙏 Have you checked out our new podcast series yet? • Awakening from the Matrix

The greatest deception we have been sold by the matrix—and thus conditioned to believe—is that the journey of life is an outer  one. We are taught that happiness, success, and fulfillment depend on external achievements. So, people may strive to hoard resources, secure comfort and safety, and chase followers, fame, and fortune. You end up living a life of endless “doing,” driven by fixed desires, intentions, and agendas. It is the logic we were programmed with from our earliest years: do this, and you will get that.  Eight billion people are living this way, and we call it normal! As long as we orient our lives outwardly, we remain trapped in poverty consciousness—a mindset of scarcity: there’s not enough.  Not enough resources. Not enough love. And ultimately, we are not enough.  Ask yourself: do billionaires ever feel they truly have enough? Are the celebrities you see genuinely happy? Does the most famous person ever feel satisfied with the number of followers or the level of validation they receive? At some point, awakening souls begin to realize that none of this ever brings lasting fulfillment. There’s always a lingering sense of lack, of wanting more. This recognition sparks the beginning of an inner transition. We start to see that what we’ve been searching for all along is a sense of wholeness—a completeness we mistakenly projected onto the external world. The shift begins: from a life of doing to a life of being. And what we sought was always within us. Yet this inner experience is not static. It’s not just stillness and peace. Within us live many qualities waiting to be embodied—passion, purpose, joy, creativity, love. When awakened and expressed, these qualities naturally begin to reshape the outer landscape of our lives: the relationships we nurture, the places we choose to live, the people we attract, and the way we create and share resources. As our inner world aligns more authentically, the outer world reflects that truth. On this inner journey, we may often slip back into old patterns of intention, agenda, and desire—the very fuel of the matrix. But when we do, we notice something: our peace and sense of wholeness quickly fade. That disappearance is not a failure—it’s a cue, a reminder to let go of attachments and return inward. The external is only a hologram, a projection of our inner state. We have walked this path countless times before, and we will continue to walk it for myriad lifetimes to come. In the end, the only thing that truly matters is what you embody at the soul level through the journey itself. Do you resonate with what I share - subscribe to the weekly newsletter to receive updates, meditation music into your email for free. So, what are some of the ways the matrix reflects our unconsciousness—and hence reveals opportunities for growth? Here are 12 reflections of distortion, and the truth within them: Attachment to a particular outcome  often leads to over-controlling, over-efforting, and a loss of trust in life’s natural flow. Truth:  The soul is inherently creative. It longs to express itself outwardly, which naturally takes the form of goals and endeavors. Our passion is the fuel for this expression. The inquiry becomes: How can I express passion without needing life to unfold in a fixed way? Measuring success through society’s external value system —money, fame, approval—creates perpetual striving. Truth:  True success lies in growth and evolution. When seen this way, no matter what is happening outwardly, we are always progressing, always winning. Comparing oneself to others  leads to envy, inadequacy, or self-judgment. Truth:  Others can be sources of inspiration. Inspiration empowers us, while comparison diminishes us. The choice lies in how we engage with what we witness. Listlessness and inertia  block the natural flow of creativity. Truth:  Self-acceptance and surrender are gifts, but they can become excuses for passivity. True surrender includes determination, resilience, and willpower, which empower us to live our passions fully. Overthinking, excessive questioning, and doubt  create mental noise. Truth:  While silence and stillness are powerful, the intellect too is a divine tool—for inquiry, articulation, and clarity. Self-inquiry is liberating when it does not collapse into self-doubt. Emotional dependence on others  creates co-dependency and instability. Truth:  Relationships, friendships, and partnerships are natural avenues for love and joy. The gift lies in offering and receiving support without becoming dependent on it. Seeking validation, approval, or acceptance from outside sources  binds us to conditional self-worth. Truth:  External feedback can help us attune to our soul’s expression, but it need not come from any particular person or group. Life itself—through nature, synchronicities, music, or strangers—reflects back our truth. Not speaking the truth out of fear  creates suppression and dishonesty. Truth:  Compassion often means speaking our truth authentically, but without making the other wrong. Truth and love are not opposites—they are complements. Over-reliance on external resources, comfort, and security  creates fragile stability. Truth:  In a world of constant change, the qualities we embody—peace, courage, love—are the true currency of stability and evolution. Express your passion and resources would manifest around it. Fear-driven boundaries  can become walls that block intimacy and vulnerability. Truth:  Healthy boundaries are natural expressions of self-respect. But when rooted in love rather than fear, they protect without shutting out authentic connection. Constant distraction and dopamine-seeking  (food, entertainment, caffeine, etc.) pulls us away from presence. Truth:  True presence is joyful in itself. By slowing down, even the simplest acts—eating, breathing, walking—become sacred and fulfilling. Spiritual identity or the non-duality bubble  can become another mask of the ego—an escape into bliss while detaching from the human experience. Truth:  Awakening is not about bypassing life but embodying authenticity. When we allow ourselves to be fully human—vulnerable, raw, and real—the bliss deepens into grounded wholeness. Each distortion reflects an opportunity to return to truth. Every time we notice ourselves caught in attachment, comparison, or distraction, we are being offered a chance to inquire, release, and realign. Awakening is not a one-time event but a living process of peeling away illusion and embodying deeper authenticity. As we walk this inner path, we begin to see that the outer world is not separate from us—it is a holographic reflection of our inner state. And in this recognition, life itself becomes the practice, the teacher, and the path. It’s my passion to support others on their journey of awakening through one-on-one facilitation. • What is Yoga - an honest exploration

There is a widespread misconception, often reinforced by flawless Instagram yoga poses, that yoga is primarily about flexibility, stamina, and strength. While these qualities arise through the practice of āsanas, they represent only the outer layer of yoga. Without an understanding of its deeper essence, the practice risks being reduced to mere acrobatics. At its heart, yoga means union. It is the path of self-realization—recognizing ourselves as the eternal presence beyond the confines of ego, body, and mind. According to traditional yogic principles, the practice of āsanas was never intended as an end in itself but rather as a preparation of the body and mind for long periods of meditation, ultimately leading to self-realisation. This journey involves releasing our attachments to the physical, mental, and emotional layers, allowing the kundalini energy to rise and reach the crown and beyond. In this awakened state, we open to our full multidimensional nature and embody our true essence. When the kundalini energy is not flowing in its natural state, we become attached to a purely materialistic view of life, which eventually creates imbalance, disharmony, and even disease. Restoring this energy to its natural flow is the true essence of yoga. However, some teachings attempt to forcefully awaken kundalini energy through intense prāṇāyāma or breathing techniques. This can be highly dangerous if the practitioner is not yet prepared. Thus, yoga is not merely a one-hour physical practice within the walls of a studio. It is a way of life—an ongoing process that permeates every waking and sleeping moment, guiding us toward the realization of our true self. Do you resonate with what I shared? Its my passion to work with people who are on awakening journey to assist in realizing their true self. • Non identified presence, Non duality and unique soul expression

The night I returned from the desert in Ladakh few weeks ago, I had a curious and powerful experience. It began as what felt like an energetic attack, which soon unfolded into a karmic regression. I’ve had experiences like this many times throughout my journey, but this one was particularly intense. I kept surrendering and softening into it. At one point, I could feel the energy behind the attack standing very close to me. A dialogue arose between us that went something like this: What do you want? I want your soul You can’t have it, because it is mine. That was a sovereign statement to the energy—not from fear, but from vulnerability—by fully surrendering into the experience where I didn’t need to get rid of it, yet had the courage to set a boundary. After a while, the energy dissipated, and I realized it wasn’t truly an attack—it was illuminating something within me. The energy eventually integrated within, and I even felt gratitude for it. A state of non identified presence This opened into a space of non-identified presence, which felt very different from my previous experiences of stillness or the void. Here were the key insights from that moment: The sense of “I” as a localized identity disappeared—I couldn’t place myself anywhere. It was as if I was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. The concepts of “I,” “you,” and everything else including all forms appeared only as merely concepts. There was an incredible sense of rightness, peace, and clarity. To me, it was clear—this was the enlightened state. Curiously, the mind still carried a faint tinge of regret, yet it held no real weight anymore. There was disassociation from the mind—it was seen as a vehicle, but it no longer defined me. A question arose from deep within: How can I have this experience all the time? In the days and weeks that followed, I explored this experience through various non-dual teachings. I discovered that many teachers had indeed moved beyond identification with the body and the fear of death, arriving at this hallowed place. Yet, I often found something missing—the recognition of unique soul expression and the deeper understanding of life as a process. In many cases, it seemed as though the state was being upheld by denying individuality, rather than embodying it. The ocean is not separate from each individual wave This raised an important question for me: Is it truly possible to be in enlightenment without soul expression? To me, the answer is clear: it’s not! Since everything is ONE, arriving at this state also means honoring the soul expression that naturally flows from it. They are not separate from each other. It’s quite understandable that many would want to dissolve the experience of relativity and remain in this state of non-identified bliss. But the risk is that we detach from reality, live in a temporary bubble, and become vulnerable to various intervening negative energies. But all spiritual teachings agree on one essential truth: you cannot experience this state by seeking it. The very act of searching creates the illusion of separation. This state is not something external—it is our very nature. Only because of our identification with the body-mind have we forgotten this, deluding ourselves into thinking that something outside of us will complete us. But the paradox is that the answer to all of our searching has always been within. We are That. So how can we truly arrive at this realization? Simply put: follow the soul. In every moment, there is a natural flow, a sense of rightness moving through our being. If we don’t deny this flow, it progressively leads us on a journey where the illusions of maya are revealed, and doorways open into the state of non-identified presence. We dissolve into this place. Right now, many people across the world are awakening from a deep slumber, beginning to see the all-pervading matrix that binds our unique soul into programmed behaviors and limits our true potential. This path is not easy. The matrix exists for a reason—it offers comfort, security, and resources. But the price is heavy: the suppression of our naturalness. Here’s the beauty, though: as we begin to follow the soul, surrender to it, and express it authentically, a new landscape unfolds. From this space, we can truly thrive. What emerges is a profound sense of destiny, passion, peace, stillness, and fulfillment. Do you resonate with what I’ve shared? Each of us is discovering the courage to peel back the layers of conditioning and to live from our unique soul expression. It is both a challenge and a gift, and sometimes it helps to have a mirror, a companion, or a guide along the way. It is my passion to walk beside others on this journey—to hold space, to explore, and to support the unfolding of their own soul’s truth. If you feel a calling to dive deeper into your awakening, I warmly invite you to connect with me for a one-on-one session. • The calling of desert - Freedom from the matrix

On the right side of the monastery, perched on top of the hill, is the 3D matrix grid—airports, buildings, even industries—the grand achievements of modern society. On my left side are the vast, expansive mountains, a few houses, and a river flowing between them. They stand in stark contrast. As I focused on the mountain, felt the cool breeze brushing through my skin, the sound of stillness, and went deeper inside, my consciousness started to rise and dissolve into the stillness. Achivement of modern humans I looked around—people, family, taking selfies to upload on social media to get likes, followers, the desperate validation that they are missing. I wondered if they have any idea what they are truly missing? Most are running on a tourist program, running from one destination to the next, ticking the boxes, not having a clue what they are doing it for. Rarely do people stop to feel the energy the mountains offer. City of leh The matrix has plastered over the Earth's surface and penetrated the consciousness of people very well. Most consider it normal, but it is not normal nor natural. Within this program, there are fixed things you can do and you cannot. Step out of this expectation and you are punished either by the Matrix or even through the people closest to you. Your consciousness becomes a threat to those who are still invested in the program. So people go back to the shell of the human program and play it safe. People only really start to question when they see some 'glitch' within the system, either a disease, a war, or a plantamonium. But all too often, rather than looking for the truth of the situation, the focus is on how they can fix the problem. But how can the same consciousness that formed the problem fix it? It cannot! All disease and disharmony is caused by the disconnection with the truth of what we are. When we reconnect with the divine essence, that is the solution to all problems. The problem fixes itself because simply you allow the naturalness of life to unleash and 'deal' with the problem. You bring the power of the universe to bear into the situation. The inner journey relates to the outer, where the outer becomes a mirror of the inner. During this journey to Leh, on the third, before I reached a place called Pang, there was a massive road blockage. The mountain had collapsed and blocked the way. Hundreds of travellers were stranded for a day. As I walked through the crowd, I could feel the panic of people in my sacrum. As the Border Roads Organization started to work on the rocks, I sat for meditation. I could feel the blockage around the crown which I worked to soften. I was given to stabilize the energy field of the area and the mountain. Something fascinating happened at one point. I felt the blockage around the crown release and exactly at the same time, they succeeded in removing the biggest rock, blocking the way, which rolled on to the valley, leaving only dust. There was an audible click at that point, an 'aha' feeling. Now I am not saying I removed the rock with the power of my mind, but if we can bring the power of the self to bear and unleash its naturalness, it will ripple onto the surface to create rightness in any situation. If we are not in touch with this inner sacred place, which is the felt sense of completion, we start to crave that completion in the external—in food, in drugs, in entertainment, validation, and so forth. It seems to me that only when most of these external comforts and the security, the matrix offers, which people desperately cling to, is taken away from them, only then would most have enough inclination to go deeper and ask what they truly are. Even when people become spiritual, they often find comfort in the "I am" spiritual identity, which is the last line of defense of the ego before complete absolution. Moving beyond this identity means falling into the unknown. I was speaking to a friend the other day whom I met at the hostel where I was staying. He had done some spiritual journeying, attended Vipassana, a few retreats, and practices meditation and yoga daily—all the usual things you would expect from a spiritual person. Yet, I could see that the focus of his meditation was to attain inner peace and happiness. Yes, meditation does deliver completion and peace. But if that becomes the focus of meditation and inner work, you’ve missed the point! Is the universe seeking peace? We can postulate that without any intentioning (who is intentioning?), the universe is moving towards more aligned and harmonious iterations of itself. It is seeking to express itself. So, when we become the true self, this is what we observe within ourselves. Therefore, we can say that meditation is a tool to connect and become as one with this naturalness of life. "Why should I go deeper?" - was the next question. "Why not?" If we allow it, the natural flow of the soul will take us to places where we close down, doubt ourselves, or attach to particular experiences—to explode the limitations so that the soul can flow freely once more. It’s only the ego that resists this natural flow. The major pitfall of the spiritual mainstream is that seekers stop when they attain some level of peace and contentment. It becomes the answer to their spiritual quest. But contentment is not your best ally on the spiritual journey. This is because, at some level, the soul knows that going deeper might mean dealing with the truth of reality—that you don't have control, and you never did! Right now,our galaxy is on a major transitory phase where the sun is in a hightened solar activity, the poles of the earth is shifting rapidly as we move through a high energy segment of the galaxy. This is triggerring major earthquakes and volcanic eruptions on the surface of the earth. No, the climate change is not because of Global warming! If we are sitting in just contentment and not riding this shift within our life , we are not in the path at all but in some 4D bubble. Read about it here . The nature of the true self is to be in the unknown, where you don't know what's coming next. To reach that level of vulnerability requires courage and going out on a limb. The entities in the field, like the Tall Whites, who have become exceptionally clever, can read your attachment to physicality and fear of the unknown, and feed you with the thought, “Why go deeper? Why make the effort?” You end up staying at the cozy level of acceptance, and not the true aliveness that's possible through unleashing your soul. But when we do make that commitment—to look at the compromise we are making unconsciously, with self-honesty—and take that step that is obviously presented to us, which we know in our heart to be true, then life begins to shift accordingly. We begin to weave new possibilities that best reflect our newfound self. Photo from spituk monastery, Leh New gifts become available to us: the gift of empathy, where we are able to empathize with the energy field of a person or a place; catalysis, where we are able to catalyze a natural movement of energy; super-aliveness, passion, adventure, mysticism. The time of seeking answers from religion, a spiritual guru - they are over. Its high time we become the masters of our reality. Best wishes Vimal 🙏 Are you ready to take your journey deeper? • What is true healing?

One of the most widespread misunderstanding in our world is about healing—the belief that we can heal another person. Many healing modalities have developed from this notion. It has taken over so much that in almost any spiritual place you visit, you can see hundreds of advertisements offering healing. But let me ask something: if healing can be done for you, 1) How does that respect your free will and sovereignty? 2) How will you develop the qualities of discipline, focus, surrender and so on if someone else is doing it for you? 3) What is the necessity of walking the path at all then? 4) Does it not negate the purpose of the universe, the soul and self-realization? Sadly, most of these healing modalities are focused on removing the symptom, which is not healing at all. By doing this, they end up doing a disservice to the client by stopping them from going deeper into the actual causality of the problem, which is a lack of realization. Removing the emotional, physical, or mental pain is actually not healing. Those are the effects of true healing. Any healing modality will be successful only if it combines self-inquiry and realization with the healing practice. Otherwise, they all end up being merely temporary solutions. And you know what? The problem will re-emerge in a different form next time—and it will be even harder to diagnose. Practices like sound healing, energy healing, and acupuncture have their rightful place, but they should be combined with self-realization. That means bringing consciousness to the root cause of the problem. We can hold space for the other, inquire with them, resonate our aligned energy with them, and in that way, take part in their healing. But any more than that becomes a violation of their sovereignty . And you'll find it hard to do this unless you yourself have given up your sovereignty in some way. Healing practitioners—people may come to you because they want a quick fix. Many are ready to give up their sovereignty for that. Most have already done so with religion, for example. But this doesn’t mean you have to provide that. We can show them another way: self-realization and empowerment , which is true healing. After that, you can focus on removing the symptom. That’s why I don’t call the work I offer "healing" at all, but Facilitation —where we facilitate together self-realization and the emergence of the true self in True healing happens as a result of this . Are you curious to know what I offer. You can find it by clicking the link below. With love Vimal 🙏 Subscribe to the newsletter to recieve updates on latest articles, Videos and much more..

  • Calling of the desert - Defining our value system and true power to the world

Camping in sarchu I felt a tinge of resistance walking into the tiny restaurant, seeing the tourists and bikers crowded there. I recognized it was the fear of being judged, of being different, and measured by their value system what is right and what is worth. I had cultivated a different set of value systems over the years. It just took a bit of remembranc. I anchored in them, the resistance dissipated. I meditated for at least half an hour, releasing some of the dense energy collected from hours of riding on the road. What might they have thought about this old ball sitting closed eyes while they were relishing on their chicken wings? Who knows? Who cares? I felt increasingly lighter, alive, and in my element. If you let it, the simulation can easily creep into your consciousness. It starts to dictate what you are and how you should be. Most don't question the momentary impulses, desires, projected upon their consciousness by the surreptitious entity, guarding the gate of this prison of perception. But when you do start to notice, question, and anchor in the truth of your being, they can be felt as tightness in the body, the intrusive thoughts in the mind, or the flared up emotions for no reason. When we see it, we have the power to work with it and let it go by eliminating the unconsciousness through which it has come. While riding through the underground tunnel, I observed the mind, imagining and envisioning stories of being in power. As I entertained the thoughts, I felt "good" about it, but I recognized it was a false sense of power, which was not founded on actual reality. These thoughts were not even mine! I could feel the tightness building in the abdomen, and head started to throb with some kind of white noise. Suddenly I am seeing signs of being the "king" around. I know this to be the signature of Entity Ra, playing on a paternalistic distortion, the need for power, respect, and validation. The Entity doesn't realize true power is not power above or against anyone, but it is power with the universe and anchoring in the universal torus. When you are anchored here, there is no need for an external validation or for respect. It is already within! I conveyed this and I could feel the entity losing its power and gradually diminish from my energetic field. As I walked out from the restaurant, I was stunned to see the gorgeous mountain behind, standing majestically, anchoring true power. The mountain seemed to convey, "The majesty of your being is priceless. Don't let the twisted values of the system of the world question it" As all-prevailing as it is, the simulation felt nothing compared to the power of this magnificent peak. What does power mean to you? Comment below. Do you resonate with this ? If you like to get in touch, contact me. Would love to talk. Read the the other part of this spiritual pilgrimage. • Plug in to the real intelligence - your divine self

Increasingly it is becoming clear that there is a parting of waves happening in society. A large swathe of people are going down the technological route. Only a few days before Elon Musk and his company announced the implant of the first chip in the human brain. Supposedly you can control this chip with your thoughts and hence control all devices including your smartphone, computer, and so on and this is said to make humans more advanced and sophisticated. Eventually what they want to achieve is plug in masses of people into a centralized AI brain and hence feed you with information. Check out the news here: Nueralink chip in human brain But where is this information coming from and who is controlling it? What is their agenda? How can you trust them? And what about the sovereignty and free-flowing spontaneity of your unique soul? Any awakening person would tell you, that the corporations, big pharma, and the media don't have the interest of the people at hand if they did why is there so much disparity between the riches and the poor? Day by day the division between the people who have and haven't is getting more. Reports suggest that in the period of COVID alone, a billionaire a day was created. At the same time, millions lost their jobs and business. Put it all together, there can be enough skepticism that, one can't hand over their sovereignty to any superpower or authority no matter how advanced or knowledgeable they seem to be. So this begs the question - who can we trust? There can only be one conclusion - our self, that which holds all the answers, and our highest interest at heart. So maybe there's some truth in the agenda of plugging us into a centralized artificial intelligence? Notice the word artificial. Can there be a way to naturally plug us into an intelligence, not artificial, and that is not controlled by an entity outside of ourselves? There certainly is! When we do the inner work of mediation and inner inquiry, we naturally start to peel off any unwanted intruders from our field and start to connect to our natural vibration and authentic expression. This is the antidote to any control mechanism. We start to trust in this inner compass we have within. Check the article that explains the purification process of the lower vehicles - the body, emotions, and mind - Secret to a still mind- Raising our vibration When we increasingly purify the body, mind, and emotions we start to become a vehicle of higher self flowing through our being. Our hearts and minds start to open, no longer constricted by rigidity but flexible and open to receive higher intuitive guidance. They naturally take us on an inner and outer journey exploding more illusions and embodying divine love. What could possibly replace this? I would say no manner of sophisticated technology or artificial intelligence can replace this divinity. The road is not easy but pretty straightforward. It's not easy because it causes us to confront all the illusions we are deluding ourselves with. Each illusion peeled off causes us to deepen into our inner essence and begin to live a life of authenticity and magic. Don't be put down by the naysayers who say this cannot be done. All they are doing is projecting their fear at you. But they don't know what you know at this point - your fear is the doorway to higher states of consciousness. You are ready to embrace it and step through the fear into the free flow of your soul. And the more you embrace the fear, the less those who try to control or subjugate you have an influence on you, and the more you trust in your inner innate self. We start to develop trust and confidence. This trust is the backbone to surrender more into the divine flow. Does the river need control or strategies for how it flows into the ocean? It doesn't need to. It will naturally flow into the ocean because that's its destiny. So do we! All we need to do at this point is to get out of our own way! Right now cosmic energies are gathering in the universe to support the journey of awakening. We are moving through a transitionary period where millions are awakening from a deep slumber. Our planet and solar system are going through a once-in-a-lifetime shift of consciousness. We have the grandest opportunity to ride this flow of universal love. Where is our attention at any given moment and on any given day? Is it on the negativity and distraction projected at us by the media or are we taking the time to pause and listen to the inner voice? The former is easy because it spoon-feds you with information. But if you have reached the point where you realize this doesn't serve you anymore - I trust you have reached this point, otherwise you wouldn't be drawn to this text. Then it's time to look deep within. This is not easy at least in the beginning because there is all kinds of inner resistance to transcend. The mind says - "I'm wasting my time, I have X, Y, and Z to complete" But the more you do it, the easier it becomes - it becomes the natural way of being. If you can't meditate for an hour, start with 5 min each day of sitting in the stillness and slowly increase the time. You will reach a point where you start to love it. Then it becomes natural like drinking water - you would meditate because you are thirsty for it! I like to share an experience I had yesterday. I had been painting my living room all day as I was preparing a space for group energy work and meditation. I had coffee in the evening and sat in this lovely area near my house, watching the sunset. This dog approached and sat on my lap. It was such a lovely feeling - love and gratitude for the simplest of things. I'm sure you have had such priceless moments. What could possibly replace such sublime moments? I would like to leave you with this video I made some while back - Being yourself the greatest gift you can offer to the world . • Calling of the desert - Journey through trust and authentic manifesting

After the last 'failed' attempt, I started heading out to the desert again—the cold desert of India, Leh Ladakh. The visions of icy mountains, the vastness of the terrain and cold silence of the desert kept tugging my mind to the point I couldn't ignore them anymore. I'm traveling on my bike with camping gear, a ukulele, and a few clothes. Part of me wanted to escape the incessant rain where I live in Bir, Himachal. Leh is experiencing its peak summer, and it would be the perfect time to go. The view from landing site in Bir What I really love about traveling this way is the feeling of aliveness, magic, and spontaneity that is present in my being and reflected all around. I needed a cup of coffee to kickstart my ride, as it was raining when I left, and riding in the rain needed extra motivation. After some time riding, I noticed my energy mostly around the higher chakras, with the mind active than usual. I was seeing reflections of this in people around me. I journeyed spiritually for a couple of years, thinking the journey was about raising my vibration, to be in bliss and joy of existence—which was an important inquiry at that time. I have noticed this is quite prevalent around, especially in spiritual work, which is an understandable misunderstanding. But the orientation has shifted. Now I know how important it is to fully embody in the physical and to be coherent. Although going out of body and being in the higher chakras is pleasant in the beginning, there are obvious detrimental effects. One is the difficulty in manifesting accurately in the physical existence, as our creative endeavors don't fully take shape. Another is a lack of motivation—an inertia that can be felt. If we are honest and self witnessing, this will be revealed. On the way to leh I trusted that I was safe in the hands of divine. But there is a differrent level of trust, which is trust in the process of life . Since everything is energy, as you let go of the old compromises, the energy which was invested in them becomes available to create something new and much more aligned with our being. This journey was founded on such a level of trust. Twice, I saw a covered portrait being carried by two different people. It’s simply not a coincidence. It speaks of unrevealed picture. It reminds me of a dialogue from an SRK movie - Picture abhi baaki hai ! It’s okay if it’s in a movie—we wait, anticipatedly, for the climax to be revealed at the end. What twist and turn the protagonist will go through. When it comes to our life, most would say a big NO! But therein lies the adventure of the soul and the greatest fear of the ego . The ego despises uncertainty, the unknown and the unresolution. It thrives in the known, certainty, security, and comfort, however mundane it becomes. I realize this journey is progressively about getting comfortable in the unknown—the abode of an alive and open crown chakra. The place from where possibilities turn into probabilities and actualize themselves. I will give you an example that happened two days prior that best describes this . The cold desert of Leh had been calling me for a while, and I had been hiding this yearning under the carpet for a variety of reasons. I don't have the money yet, was the main one . I had been quite inspired by my friend who had done a lot of hitchhiking—traveling without money—for quite a bit. To get some inspiration, I decided to give him a call. While I was speaking to him, I was noticing the synchronicities spiking around. First came the Rajasthani folk singers with their soulful music, carrying the energy of the wandering nomads and mystics. On their right was a guy wearing a t-shirt which read, Not for the weak of the will . Most definitely not! As I embodied this energy, my being felt alive. The energy itself began to weave reflections and steps around me. Feeling inspired, I packed my bag, printed a banner about the journey, and decided to walk and hitchhike all the way to Leh. Two days later, on the day of my departure, I offered an impromptu facilitation session to a dear friend, who offered some money—which helped me kickstart my journey in a different way. This was it ! The energy of the passion and excitement was bending the space-time continuum—the quantum field—to provide the support I needed for the journey. This would happen, provided we are creating from the soul. I was simply given to embark on this journey ! It would seem a little cliché to say this, but I am going to say it anyway: Follow your heart , express your passion , and the universe will create with you — for you . Camping in the forest On the way, I came upon a beautiful forest—lofty trees rising like ancient guardians, their feet gently carpeted with a hush of dried pine needles. There was a stillness in the air, as if she was calling me closer, inviting me into her quiet, sacred embrace. One look at her, I knew—that's where I am going to spend the night. Although my plan was to drive for a few more hours, this felt absolutely right. And thus is the value of being flexible! A guy on the way asked me for a lift. His home was closer to this breathtaking waterfall stream. It turned out to be a win-win situation for both of us. What a blessing ! As the icy cold water brushed against my skin, it awakened my senses, washing away the thoughts. I felt rejuvenated and alive again. I was gifted with this curious crystal from the forest. In fact, most of the rocks in the forest had such crystalline structures, and they seemed to anchor and ground the energy of the forest well. Curious crystal I felt blessed and grateful to be off the road, sleeping in the peace and warmth, the forest offered. The crickets chirped through the night, their chorus weaving into the silence of the forest. Vimal 😇 What do you take from the article? Is there anything you would want to share in response? • When we become the prisoner of our judgement and how to liberate ourselves

Through a fascinating example that happened recently I'm exploring what a judgment is as oppossed to discernment and how holding a judgment about a situation or a person can actually limit our being. In effect we become the prisoner of our judgmenents.  On the other hand, to discern is to see every situation or a person as our perception and knowing that they can change at any point. Come explore with me through this video  Do you resonate with what I shared here? What are your thoughts about this? Vimal 💚🙏 Work with me through a one on one session, to further explore through active inquiry and energy work. Its a powerful work through meditation, empathic listening, intuitive questioning to see what is holding you back in your life and how to move beyond it.

  • Healing happens when you are ready

Embodying true self I have learned the hard way that until people are ready, you can't help 'heal' them. They have to decide it for themselves. Essentially, they have to be ready to take ownership of why they created the situation and self-realize through it. Anything other than that isn't truly healing at all. We have got a million ways of healing modalities available. Yes, they all have their rightful place in the world. But from my perspective, fixing the situation—taking away the mental, emotional, or physical pain—without realizing why you created it in the first place is not healing at all. The physical pain is the symptom, not the cause. Confusion, anxiety, overthinking, these are all symptoms, not the actual cause.  Why are many not ready? One of the reasons is that the world we live in has conned people into thinking healing will be done for  you. And many are looking for quick fixes rather than permanent solutions. When I speak with people who are at this place, I can intuit what their karmic lesson is. I can empathically feel the pain they are carrying, yet I don't interfere. I can see their psyche is still very much invested, through blind trust, in the ways of the system/ matrix. To truly evolve and heal is to take responsibility, reclaim sovereignty, and inquire with self-honesty into our life situation. I have sat with people who are at this level, and I see how quickly they transform their lives—whether it’s a life situation that’s gone into disarray or some energetic blockage and pain they are carrying. It was because their mind was open enough to ask the right questions and approach healing differently. True healing is knowing yourself as the true self. All pain, disease, and unfulfilled life situations are the result of being the false ego self. Explode that, and we will liberate ourselves. Then, true healing happens. With love Vimal 💚🙏 If you feel, you are ready to explore it with me, send me a message and lets talk. Subscribe to receive updates on latest blog posts, videos, music or events.
