My yoga journey began around 11 years ago with an initiation into Hatha and Kriya yoga. Over the following years, I immersed myself in various practices and gradually realized that all paths ultimately lead to the same destination—the connection with the divine, true Self. Around six years ago, I began facilitating yoga sessions at different schools and healing studios.


What is yoga?
There are many misconceptions about yoga. It is often seen as a practice mainly for building strength, improving stamina and flexibility, or simply relaxing the mind. While these are important aspects of yoga, they are only a small part of a much deeper process. The true nature of yoga goes far beyond physical fitness or mental calm. Read more below
