
Yoga
My yoga journey began around 11 years ago with an initiation into Hatha and Kriya Yoga. Over the following years, I immersed myself in various practices and gradually realized that all paths ultimately lead to the same destination—the connection with the divine, true Self. Around six years ago, I began facilitating yoga sessions at different schools and healing studios. My most recent experience has been at Namaste Yoga Farm in Gokarna. These days, you’ll often find me practicing and offering morning yoga sessions by the sea at Kudle Beach, Gokarna.


What is yoga?
There are many misconceptions about yoga. It is often seen as a practice mainly for building strength, improving stamina and flexibility, or simply relaxing the mind. While these are important aspects of yoga, they are only a small part of a much deeper process. The true nature of yoga goes far beyond physical fitness or mental calm. Read more below
