Dear Soul travelers,

This session provides a safe empathic space for each of us to explore where we are at our journey and thus gain insightful reflections. In these times of division and much confusion, we need to have a space where we can connect empathically and share our challenges and experiences in a non-judgmental space. Let's face it, we all carry energetic blockages that unduly impact us daily, from our work environment to our relationships. But when we are honest with ourselves and inquire deeply into it, it's straightforward to peel off these veils of separation and connect with our true essence which is freedom and authentic expression.

  These will be the essence of the session

 

  • The session would start with a short guided meditation to connect us and relax the body and mind. 

  • There will be space and time to share where we are on our life - journey at this particular time. These topics are addressed in a non-judgmental environment where no one tells you what to do, how to be, or how to solve your life challenges. If you feel like simply being present to others and not sharing, that is also welcome. 

  • There will be a closing meditation to clear any negative energies and density that get stirred up in the process. 

  • When the density is cleared, we are opening up into our true essence which is freedom, flow, and authentic expression. A life of harmony, passion, and creativity begins from this essence within ourselves.

  • There is no prerequisite to attending this workshop. Simply showing up with an open mind is enough

About the facilitator
